January marked the 10th anniversary of Encirc joining the Vidrala Group in 2015.

Vidrala Chief Executive Officer Raúl Gómez was presented with a specially commissioned personalised bottle of 10-year-old Bushmills Malt Whiskey to mark the important milestone.

Sean Murphy, Encirc Managing Director said: “Over the past ten years, we have achieved sustained growth, expanding our footprint and capabilities. This success would not have been possible without Vidrala’s leadership, support and significant investments in our people and plants.

“As one of three key business units in Vidrala, Encirc has contributed to the impressive growth of the group during this period, working together to drive innovation and excellence. We look forward to continuing that journey.”

Raúl Gómez added: “It was great to be in Elton today to mark this important milestone in our shared history. The Vidrala Group remains committed to Encirc’s future with an ambitious industrial plan that will include employment, investments and improvements in sustainability, all with our customers in mind.

“This plan takes on the critical challenge that today, more than ever, is safeguarding the future of our industry in the UK and Ireland.

“Together, we can work towards a successful and sustainable future.”
