A large crowd attended the anniversary dinner.

At the start of September, Encirc’s longest serving staff members and their partners enjoyed a great night at the Killyhevlin Hotel in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh to mark its 25th anniversary.

Well over 200 people were in attendance as employees with over 20 years unbroken service marked a significant milestone in Encirc’s history after the company was first established in Derrylin in 1998 by Sean Quinn.

Encirc has now grown to employ over 2,000 people across four sites in Northern Ireland, England and Italy.

During the evening, which was hosted by local entertainer Brian Óg Gallagher, the guests celebrated with a 3-course meal, entertainment and were asked to tell the stories they have played in the company’s success.

Using the latest technology and a QR code on the bottle, all staff throughout the company received a special gift and message from the leadership team at Encirc thanking them for their brilliant contribution to the success of Encirc.

In addition, a second barcode entered every single employee into a draw for a plethora of top prizes, including weekends away to some European destinations. The digital bottle potential and special messages for every single employee proved a great success throughout the workforce.

Managing Director, Adrian Curry told the assembled guests that remarkably the number of people with over 20 years’ service and still with the company consisted of 25 per cent of the original 1998 workforce. He was delighted that so many were able to come together to celebrate and reflect on 25 years of business as a great night was enjoyed by all.
