Welcome to the Encirc Wines Blog

Hello and welcome to our first Encirc Wines blog! Over the coming months, we’ll be bringing you regular updates on a whole range of topics, from costs within the supply chain, to the latest consumer wine trends and beverage technology.

To introduce myself, I’m Justin Knock, and I’m Encirc Wines’ resident member of the Institute of Masters of Wine. Over the course of my career, I’ve seen the wine industry from all angles. I’ve worked in vintages, undertaken major winemaking research and even founded a boutique wine brand, so I’ve experienced many of the joys (and trials) of working within the drinks industry. As such, I’ll be using this blog to share my experiences and answer any questions you may have about the ‘vine to shelf’ process.
