Adrian began working for the Group in 1990, and in 1998 was pivotal in setting up the plant in Derrylin. After taking on overall responsibility for the glass operation in 2004, Adrian oversaw the 2005 construction of the new plant in Elton.
Gillian holds an MBA and has 23 years experience of the glass container market, she joined the Group in 2000. In addition Gillian has 9 years experience of contract bottling beers, ciders, soft drinks and wines. As the wine market is an integral part of our business she is currently undertaking the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust (WSET) Exams.
Robert joined Encirc in 1998 as part of the commissioning team. He is now responsible for all glass operations in both Derrylin and Elton and has seen the Elton plant grow from foundations in the ground to over 30% market share in the UK. Previously Robert spent 16 years with O.I.
Sean has been with the company for nine years. Previously to that he worked at Coca-Cola Bottlers for six years and PwC for four years.
Liam has held a variety of positions since joining the Group in 2004, and is now responsible for all planning, purchasing, warehousing and logistics for Encirc. A large part of his time is spent developing integrated supply-chain services for customers.
Rob has over 25 years' experience in commercial capacity, mainly within some of the biggest names in global beverages.
Tony has held senior roles for some of the largest container glass manufacturing facilities in the world. He has introduced 'Operational Excellence' across the business and is responsible for maximizing output for the Elton plant.
James joined Encirc in 2014, previously having held senior HR roles in a number of blue-chip manufacturing and engineering companies. James is CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience in both UK and international contexts.
Rob has been working for the company since 2014 when he joined Encirc to head up the Encirc Academy. A graduate of UCD, his experience is in training and consultancy and he has worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
Phil joined Encirc in 2014 and is responsible for the Beverages Operation. He previously worked for P&G and Crimson & Co. Consulting and has extensive experience of supply chain management and operational excellence within global consumer goods companies.
